Refund & Cancellation

1. Inspection Bookings
Inspection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the inspection has taken place.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, no fee will be charged.
2. Service Bookings
For sterilization, mold removal, or insect control services:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a call-out or preparation fee.

If payment has been made before the service and you cancel in time, a full refund will be arranged within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available once treatment has started or completed, except where:

A technical issue prevents us from performing the agreed service.

We cancel the appointment for reasons beyond your control.
4. Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule booked appointments at no cost if done at least 24 hours before the visit.
