Mr. Biocid (operated by PT Nebulo Eko Disinfeksi) provides mold removal, sterilization, and insect control for ants, termites, and related indoor pests in Bali and Jakarta.
By contacting us or scheduling a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our services include:

Mold removal and sterilization for residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

Insect and pest control, targeting ants, termites, and related indoor pests.
All work is performed using our proprietary sterilization technology and certified equipment.
Mold removal is conducted only as part of a full sterilization process.
3. Bookings and Inspections

Inspections are scheduled via WhatsApp.

Appointment dates are confirmed once our team contacts you directly.

Service availability depends on location and scheduling capacity.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an inspection due to safety, access, or technical limitations.
4. Pricing and Payments

A minimum service fee applies, depending on location and service category.

Prices are communicated clearly before any intervention.

Payments are made directly (we do not process online payments).

Work begins only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranties and Limitations

Certain services, such as ant extermination, include a defined warranty period.

Warranty coverage applies only to treated areas and under the same environmental conditions.

We are not liable for damage resulting from property neglect, leaks, or external contamination after treatment.
6. Client Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

Remove sensitive materials or personal items before treatment.

Inform our team of any ongoing construction, maintenance, or leaks.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a call-out charge.

We reserve the right to postpone appointments in case of force majeure, extreme weather, or equipment maintenance.
8. Liability
Mr. Biocid exercises the highest professional standards. However, we are not responsible for:

Structural damage or leaks existing prior to the service.

Electrical or mechanical issues caused by pre-existing defects.

Results affected by re-contamination or untreated areas after our intervention.
9. Data Protection
We collect and use client information only to process bookings and deliver services.
